Not Favoured (N£. Press Association—Copizrioht) LONDON, June 29. A Labour member of Parliament, Mr John Rankin, today urged the British Government to invite the Chinese Prime Minister, Mr Chou En-lai, to Britain on an official visit. He said Britain's relations with China were very friendly and it was usual for the Heads of State to visit one another from time to time. Mr Selwyn Lloyd., the Foreign Secretary, told the House qf Commons: “I do not think this kind of personal visit is very much in favour at the moment.”
