There appeared to be considerable confusion over the application at the ripht-hand rule at the Riccarton road roundabout, said Mr D. L. Hogan, district officer of the Transport Department, this week. "It is not very complicated, but a surprising number of people don’t understand the application of the rule at this corner," Mr Hogan said.
