Sir, —If “Taipo” read your paper he should have seen reference to a recent Marine Department survey on the feeding habits of our seals which are happily increasing in number since they have been protected. Commercial fishermen need Have no fears, as no fish’ of marketable value are taken.—Yours, etc., M.C.C. June 29, 1960.
