Minor Fires
Two minor fires were attended by units from the .Central and Sydenham fire stations yesterday. One unit from Sydenham attended an oven fire at 12 Wilding street at 11.56 a m., on premises owned by Mrs Elizabeth McPherson. A chimney fire at 141 Manchester street was attended by one unit from the Central fire station. No damage was done. The property is owned by Mr Albert Trevean.
