NEW MUSEUM PLANNED FOR LONDON.—The College of Arms is planning a museum. The college specialises in genealogical and heraldic work, and possesses the finest records on these subjects in the world. Dr. Anthony Wagner is shown with the great roll of the Westminster Tournament of 1511. Sixty feet long, it depicts the procession to the joust of Henry VEH. It is hoped the museum will attract gifts, or loans, from private collections, of examples of applied heraldry.
