Family Injured In Collision

Three members of one family were injured when the car in which they were travelling was involved in a collision with another car at the intersection of Gloucester street and Fitzgerald avenue about 10.55 p.m. yesterday. They are Mr L. I. Pruden, Mrs D. Pruden and Mr K. Pruden, all of 9 Surrey street, Linwood. Mr L. Pruden suffered chest injuries and Mr K. Pruden suffered lower limb injuries. Both were treated at the Christchurch Public Hospital and sent home Mrs Pruden suffered injuries to her chest and lower limbs and Was sent to the orthopaedic ward. Later she was sent home. The Prudens’ car was rolled over, but the other vehicle involved suffered only minor damage and neither of the two occupants in it was injured.
