(N.Z. Press Awoctatton—CopyriflMl LONDON. June 21 The Australian jockey, Ron. Hutchinson. aged 32. has turned down an offer to ride in England next season, according to the''“Daily Mirror." Hutchinson said that as tor as he knew he would ride again next season for Paddy Prendergast’s Irish stable—the stable he is with this season. This season he has" won the 2000 Guineas and the Irish Guineas. He has a great chance of winning the Irish Derby tomorrow on Alcaeus. according to the “Daily Mirror.”
The offer was for £sooo—one of the third highest in the country, the “Daily Mirror” reported.
