Canterbury Pilgrims’ Association

About 30 junior members of the Canterbury Pilgrims’ and Early Settlers’ Association were entertained by the senior committee yesterday afternoon. Mr J. K. Collins took the guests to the Canterbury Provincial Council Chambers, where he gave them a talk on the council and buildings. After a visit to the Canterbury Museum they wete taken to the Lady Wigram Hall, where Miss Rose Reynolds showed colour slides of the Canterbury colonists’ galleries at the museum. High La was served at the hall, after which the junior members attended evensong at the Christchurch Cathedral.
