Paterson Company Pty., Ltd., an old-established Melbourne printing oocyaujr,* at an undisclosed price. NJE. Branch Closed/—Angus and Robertson,* Ltd., one of Australia’s leading publishing firms, have closed their New Zealand branch and Whitcombe and Tombs, Ltd., become the company’s sole agents and dis-, tributors for New Zealand. Denhard Bakeries.—Denhard Bakeries, Ltd., Wellington, annual meeting is July 15. Final preference and ordinary dividends are 4 per cent., making an unchanged 8 per cent, for the year, ex. div.
