N.Z. LAMB EXPORTS TO CANADA

Steady Increase Is Predicted (N Z. Press Association—Copyright) MONTREAL, June 17. Two New Zealand meat producing representatives today predicted a steady increase in New Zealand lamb exports to Canada, Canadian Press reported. Mr John Ormand and Mr J. W. De Gruchy, executive members of the New Zealand Meat Producers Board, expressed the hope that by October. 12.C00 tons of lamb will have been landed here for Canadian consumption. The biggest problem facing the board was shipping, but Mr Ormand noted that there had been a marked improvement in regularity of traffic between the two countries.
