The Administrator (Sir Harold Barrowclough) has sent the following telegram to the Queen: “The Government and peoples of New Zealand and its island territories respectfully tender to Your Majesty most loyal and sincere good wishes on the occasion of the celebration of Your Majesty’s birthday in this Dominion, together with a renewed assurance of their devotion to Your Majesty and the Throne.”
