Dissenting Opinion
New Zealand would benefit from membership of the International Monetary Fund and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, according to Professor F. W. Holmes, Macarthy Professor of Economics at the Victoria University of Wellington.
Professor Holmes makes this statement in a footnote to his paper on international trade arrangements prepared for the industrial development conference.
