Little Girl Struck By Train

(New Zealand Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, April 12. When she was struck by a train at Mangapehi.at 5.15 p.m. today a two-year-old girl, Ellen Ngarama, received serious head injuries and was admitted to Te Kuiti Hospital. The child wandered on to the tracks near a curve in the line. After the engine knocked her over the rest of the train passed overher before it was stopped. Her condition tonight was serious.
