Woman Committed For Trial
(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 11. Ivy Lillian May Norton, aged 56, married, appeared before Justices of the Peace in the Auckland Magistrate’s Court today charged with using an instrument with intent to procure a miscarriage to a 19-year-old girl on December 2, 1959. Norton’ pleaded not guilty, and was committed for trial in the Supreme Court at Auckland. She was allowed bail.
