Angus and Robertson, Ltd., has received acceptance of its takeover offer from more than 51 per cent, of the ordinary shareholders of Robertson and Mullens, Ltd., Melbourne. The managing-director, Mr Walter V. Burns, announcing the result in Sydney, said the percentage was “adequate for the acquisition of the company by Angus and Robertson, Ltd.”
