(Naw Zealand Praia Aisoctatum) NEW PLYMOUTH, March 13. For the second time in two years, lan Holden, Auckland, won the New Zealand midget car title at the Waiwakaiho showgrounds. New Plymouth, on Saturday night. Lloyd Nutt, also of Auckland, was second and Don Rutherford was third.'
