Notice of intention to defend the action started in the Magistrate’s Court by the Inland Revenue Department claiming £260,409 5s Id in alleged tax arrears lias been filed in Court A solicitor for the defendant in the claim, Annette Mary Eleanor Jane Clifford, a widow, aged 77, of 52 Worcester street, has filed notice that she disputes the claim.
No date has been fixed for the hearing.
