NATIONAL CONSOL.

Higher Interim Dividend

National Consolidated, Ltdpublic company for the National Radiators and Bearing Service groups, Melbourne, has raised its interim ordinary dividend on substantially increased capital. The dividend of 6 2-3 per cent., against 5 per cent-, last year, is payable on capital lifted by last year’s one-for-two bonus and issue of shares to acquire Bearing Service. Full dividend for 1958-59 was 20 per cent., including a final 15 per cent, paid on bonus shares. Directors report that consolidated sales and profits have continued to advance. They expect the year’s final results will compare well with 1958-59. (Nat profit rose from £200,054 to £374,919 last year).
