Callas To Sing At La Scala
MILAN, February 14.
The famous operatic soprano, Maria Callas, has composed her differences with the La Scala Opera in Milan, and will open the coming season there next December in a gala performance.
In a statement she said: “This is an answer to false press reports that I am going to quit, my operatic career. I don’t know why so many fabrications are always being published about me.”
