VELVIN, Secretary. 3684 ELLESMERE COUNTY COUNCIL DOG REGISTRATION FEES, 1960 PURSUANT to Section 8 of the Dog Registration Act, 1955, and Section 25 (1) of the Hydatids Act, 1959, the registration fee payable for dogs in Ellesmere County for the year ending December 31, 1960, has been fixed by resolution of the Council at Five Shillings per Dog plus a hydatid control fee of One Pound (£1) in respect of every Dog so registered, provided that the total hydatid control fees payable in any year by any person who is the owner of Five or more Dogs shall not exceed Five Pounds.
