Pushed Down Boat Ramp (New Zealand Press Association AUCKLAND, January 25. Thieves wrecked a pick-up truck on Saturday night when they pushed it down the boat ramp at Stanley Bay wharf and it capsized into five feet of water. Six policemen and four civilians worked for five hours, and used two tow-trucks to salvage the £BOO vehicle. Before sinking the vehicle, which was taken from Devonport, the thieves are believed to have raced it about Stanley Park and crashed it into a telegraph pole.
