Woman Shoots Family
(N.Z. Press Association —Copyright) HOLLYWOOD (Florida), Jan. 18. A woman shot her husband and all five of her children as they lay in their beds before dawn today, police reported. The husband, Lawrence Hall, aged 40, and a 4-month-old boy, Kevin, were killed. Another child, Christa, aged 8, died in hospital. Two other children were critically wounded but the fifth child escaped with a bad head wound.
The mother, Martha Hall, aged 38, was found pacing the floor of her home with an empty .22 calibre revolver in her hand. She had tried to kill herself, but had run out of bullets.
