RUSSIAN PREMIERS
Delegation To Tour U.S. WASHINGTON, January 19. A delegation of high Russian officials, including the Prime Ministers of five Soviet Republics, will tour the United States at the end of January. Mr Menshikov told reporters later that the Soviet Party of about 15 members would arrive in the United States on January 29 and the tour would last for about three weeks.
