Early Start On U.S. Rocket

The United States Government today ordered an early start on work on ultra-powerful upper stages for the Saturn rocket designed for missions to the moon and planets. The upper stages would be powered by liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen, the most efficient fuel so far developed, United Press International said.
