Inspection Of Slums LAGOS (Nigeria), January 13 Britain’s Prime Minister (Mr Macmillan) strolled hand-in-hand with a turbaned African “mammy” yesterday and discussed with her the finer points of her neat little North Lagos house. The recently rehoused slum dweller proudly showed the Prime Minister her new threeroom home in which she had placed a picture of him, surmounted by two flags.
