Preventive Detention For Indecent Assault

Mr Justice Henry today sentenced Tana Mini Mita, aged 37, workman, to preventive detention for indecent assault on a married woman.
His Honour said the prisoner had a long list, including five convictions of violence towards women. Preventive detention was the only appropriate sentence in the circumstances.
