Passenger Falls From Train

(New Zealand Press Association) WANGANUI, December 13. A passenger on the Limited express travelling from Palmerston North to Auckland on Friday night narrowly escaped serious injury when he fell from the train at Silverhope, about four miles south of HunterviUe. He is John Franklyn, aged 34, of Camp road, Otahuhu. About five minutes after the train had passed through Silverhope, Mr Franklyn wandered into a railway serviceman’s house in a dazed and shocked condition.
