Poll In Laos In April
VIENTIANE (Laos), Dec. 4. The Laos General Election wili be held on April 3, the Prime Minister’s office announced today. The term of the present Parliament expires on December 20.
The rebel party's leader. Prince Souphanouvong, a former Planning Minister, has since been arrested and is still awaiting trial on charges of conspiracy against the Royal Government. Thirteen other leading members of the party are accused with him.
