Woolston Property Sold.—A property of 20 perches with a four-roomed cottage in Ferry road was sold at auction yesterday for £llOO. Bidding started at £BOO and rose by two bids of £lOO and two of £5O. The property was one of two lots sold on account of the late Mr D. Rowse. The second lot. a property of 33 perches with a sixroomed bungalow, was passed in.
