Man Fatally Injured Found On Highway

(New Zeatana Press Association) KAIKOHE, November 15. A man who was found lying seriously injured on the metal section of East Coast highway, near Puketona, about 10 miles north of Kawakawa, at 8.10 p.m on Saturday died in Kawakawa Hospital three hours later. He was: Matere Taurua, aged 31, farmer, of Oromahoe, near Puketona, married, with five children. A motor-cycle was found nearby in an undamaged condition. The police are investigating.
