Date Fixed For Noel’s Appeal
(New Zealana Press Association) AUCKLAND, November 13. The Court of Appeal in Wellington has fixed November 26 for the hearing of the appeal by Trevor Arthur Noel, aged 24, a wool puller .against his conviction by a jury on October 21 last for the murder of his Tonganborn wife, Stella, in their Grey Lynn home. The appeal is on the grounds of alleged misdirection in the summing up by the trial Judge. ' Noel has been sentenced to death.
