MAGISTRATES COURT SATURDAY
(Before Messrs S. L. Hall and D. C. Richardson, Justices of the Peace) REMANDED John Joseph Hill, aged 19, was remanded to October 8 on a charge of car conversion. He was granted bail at £5O with two sureties of £5O. William Towson Lowther, aged 40, was remanded on a charge of theft valued at £6 10s. He was granted bail at £5O with two sureties of £5O. Bevan Harold Metcalf, aged 20, was remanded until today on a charge of wilful obstruction of the police. He was granted bail at £5O.
