Dear Sirs, I have now had my Renault Dauphine for about 2 years and I am writing to let you know how thoroughly satisfied I am with the performance ot my car. As you are aware I live at Diamond Harbour and I come over the hills to town quite often. The power output of my engine is quite surprising, and if simply flies over the hills. At the present time the road is very pot holey in parts, but the independent suspension of the Renault smooths out all the pot holes. The quality ot the paintwork and upholstery is very high class and the body is absolutely dustproof, and my car has still quite a new car appearance. Another point I am impressed with is the flexibility of the engine, as I can cruise at as low as 10 m.p.h. In fop and pick up again with the greatest of ease. This is great comfort and makes driving easy in traffic. I get big car comfort and performance and the Renault Company has solved the problem ot getting enormous power output with a reasonably sized engine, and with a very good petrol consumption of 45 m.p.g. or more. I have had a non-stop run and if has no * cost me a penny piece for repairs other than oiling and greasing.
