(From a Reuter Correspondent) PIETERMARITZBURG. About a month before her wedding, a young bride received a telegram informing her that she had won £lO,OOO in a sweepstake. She decided not to tell her fiance until after the ceremony. About the same time, he received even better news and also decided not to tell her about his good fortune. At the wedding reception, a minute before the couple had ,to rise to cut the wedding cake, the bride whispered softly that she had £lO.OOO tucked away for the future. “Darling.” he replied. "I have better news. I won £30,000 in the same lottery."
