Prefabricated Hangar For Scott Base

(New Zealand Press Association! WELLINGTON, Sept. 15. The American Antarctic task force will transport a prefabricated hangar to Scott Base for this year’s R.N.Z.A.F. Antarctic flight. The Ministry of Works has designed the exterior sheathing of the hangar in three-ply with aluminium coating, and the frame is being constructed in Australia by the firm which built a similar hangar for the Australian Antarctic base at Mawson.
