“BEAUTIFULLY SITED”

The Princess Margaret Hospital, so beautifully sited in one of the smallest valleys of the Port Hills, was the fourth health institution to be built in the area, said Cr. J. C. Holliss, of the Heathcote County Council, at the official opening. '

Deputising for the county chairman (Mr F. W. Freeman), who was unable to attend because of illness. Cr. Holliss said: “The siting of these institutions is surely a complement to the warmth and to the health restoring properties of this sunsaturated suburb of metropolitan Christchurch.’’
