Pursuant to the Town and Country Planning Regulations, 1954, Amedment No. 1, 1956, Public Notice is hereby given that the regional planning scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act, 1953, and its amendments for Section one (Rural Zone) of the Christchurch Region, after all objections and appeals relating to the scheme have been disposed of and the scheme has been modified to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all modifications of the scheme required by the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board have been incorporated, is now deemed to be approved, and shall therefore become operative on the first day of September, 1959. Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the offices of Christchurch Regional Planning Authority. Christchurch City Council.
