Arrival In City On Saturday

(From Our Own Reporter) WELLINGTON, August 26. The United Kingdom Minister of Agriculture, Mr John Hare, accompanied by his Parliamentary private secretary. Mr B. C. Harrison, M.P., and Mr W. E. Jones, deputy-director of the National Agricultural Advisory Service, will arrive at Wigram by special R.N.Z.A.F. Devon aircraft from Wellington at 11 a.m. on August 29. They will stay at the United Service Hotel, from where they are scheduled to leave at 1.45 p.m. by car for Lancaster Park to see the third test. The evening is free from official engagements. Sunday is also free for an aerial or car sightseeing trip if desired. On Monday at 9.30 a.m. Mr Hare will call on the Mayor (Mr G Manning). He is scheduled to leave at 10.10 a.m. for Canterbury Agricultural College, to view farming activities and lunch at the college At 2.20 p.m. he will arrive at Mr H. G. Stephens's farm at Irwell. At 5.30 p.m. he will attend a reception at the hotel given by the North Canterbury Provincial District of Federated Farmers.

The next day he will leave Harewood by National Airways Viscount for Auckland.
