W Vi ' TmR|E ?*vfl| Mir . <fg VIEWPOINTS This may be a rather unusual viewpoint ...but until the web of scaffolding was removed from the new Lyttelton Harbour Board Building no one, not even the architects and contractors, had seen it before, except in miniature on the drawing board. In congratulating them on a very fine achievement let us hope that everyone who had a hand in its realization will feel as much pleasure and pride looking at this fine addition to the Christchurch skyline as we do. From the viewpoint of practical advantages the new Lyttelton Harbour Board Building in centralizing the activities of the Board in modern surroundings will lead to ever greater efficiency in the control of exports and imports, the lifeblood of our community, through the Port of Lyttelton.
