University Debating
The New Zealand University Students’ Association has risked the New Zealand University Debating Council to prepare a system of internal control and administration for the annual Joynt Scroll debating contest and the Bledisloe Medal oratory contest. The council’s new chairman (Mr W. J. Rathgen) and secre-tary-treasurer (Mr L. H. Moore), both of the University of Canterbury, were delegated to organise the system. 4
