LONDON, August 19

President Eisenhower and the British Prime Minister (Mr Macmillan) will broadcast a television talk together from 10 Downing Street on Monday, August 31, it was officially announced today.

An official announcement said: “During the visit of the President of the United States there will be a television broadcast of the President and Prime Minister talking together. The broadcast is timed to take place on Monday. August 31, immediately before a dinner party which the Prime Minister is giving in honour of the President. It is likely that the broadcast will last about 20 minutes.”

Reactor For Iraq.— The Soviet Union has signed an agreement to help Iraq build an atomic reactor for research into the peaceful uses of nuclear energy, Moscow Radio said today.—London, August 20.
