Auckland.—J. Sibun (threequarters!. T. Davies (full-back or first or second five-eighths). T. Edgar (half-back), R. Graham (flanker), W. Nathan (flanker or No. 8), and P. Priestley (lock). West Coast.—Maurice Surgenor (flanker). All Black trialist this year, and T. Rodgers (lock). King Country.—J. Carr (wing), E. Faire (five-eighths), D. Lievien (forward).
Wanganui.—S. C. Crowley (wing three-quarters), and P T. McAndrew (first five-eighths). Manawatu.—C. L. Mitchell (wing). A. W. Short (centre). M. H. Ball (second five-eighths), P. J. Nnrthcott (first five-eighths), J. R. Wood (half-back), N. J. Mears (flanker). G. J. Hanis (flanker or No. 8).
P. F. Jones To Play On Saturday
(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND. August 17.
P. F Jones, the All Black who was injured in the first test against the Lions, will have his first match since then when he plays for North Auckland against Thames Valley at Whangarei on Saturday Jones trained with the North Auckland squad yesterday, and will give his injured leg a full test on Saturday.
