MAN ADJUDGED BANKRUPT
Two Others Granted Discharge Walter Crawford, a truck driver, against whom an unsecured debt of £153 7s lid was proved, was adjudged bankrupt in the Supreme Court yesterday by Mr Justice Adams. Mr R. S. D. Twyneham appeared for petitioning creditor, Wairakei Road Sawmills, Ltd.
A discharge from bankruptcy was granted by his Honour to Trevor George Mitchell, an upholsterer, for whom Mr N. G. Hattaway appeared. Martin Van De Jagt, a market gardener (Mr E. J. Somers) who was held to be solvent, was granted an annulment of his bankruptcy. Mr K. W. Frampton appeared for the petitioning creditor, Park Davis Trading Company, Ltd. Mr E. G. Tyler appeared as Official Assignee.
