NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 362 of the Companies Act, Australasian Agencies, Limited, has duly entered in its Minute Book on Friday, July 3, 1959, the following Extraordinary Resolutions: 1. That the Company by reason of its liabilities cannot continue in business.
2. That it is advisable that the Company should be wound up and that the Company be wound up voluntarily. 3. That Conrad Joseph Penberthy Bashford, public accountant, of Christchurch, be nominated as Liquidator of the Company.
