PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers conferred on it by “The Counties Act, 1956,” and “The Water Supply Act, 1908.” and all other powers and authorities vested in it, the Malvern County Council at a Special Meeting held in the Council Chambers, Darfieid, on Friday. June 5, 1969, resolved to amend the “Malvern Water Race District Charges By-law, 1938, as follows: "That the following paragraph be added to the schedule of the By-law, being annual charges for the supply of water. Properties situated within the Kimberley Water Race Special Rating Area: an additional charge at the rate of .£2 15s per 100 acres, with a minimum charge of 55.” A copy of the above amendment is deposited at the Council Office, Darfieid, and is open to the inspection of the public during office houns until July 3, 1959. The Special Order will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Darfieid, at 1.30 p.m. on Friday, July 3, 1959.
