Fifty seamen from the strike* bound Italian ships, Australia Neptunia and Toscana, hsd boarded the Flamlnia with AuP '■"■S'," rrfdiction vigilance officer (Mr B G. Rorke) spoke to members w the crew through an interpreter, and naked them to join the world-wide stride of Italian ««•' Reports said ship’s offlC ?jS would not allow a secret ballw among members of the crew * whether they would join strike. Shouting then began between the strike-bound seam#* „.u,„ and members of the crew w**J allegedly threatened. officers called the police. No arrest was made.
