ON THE ROAD TO THE BENMORE HYDRO-ELECTRIC POWER PROJECT.-This bridge over the Awakino stream has just been completed. The road leading to the power project is being strengthened to carry heavy traffic, and all the old one-way wooden bridges are being replaced by 24ft-wide concrete bridges.
