SPECIAL STAMPS IN BERMUDA.—New postage stamps commemorating the three-hundred-and-fiftieth anniversary of the shipwreck of the Sea Venture, which resulted in the first permanent settlement of Bermuda, the oldest colony in the British Commonwealth, are to be Issued on July 29. This enlarged reproduction of the 1½d stamp shows the coats of arms of King James I and of the present Queen each surmounted with the appropriate crown and intertwined with the Garter Cord.
