COMMERCIAL Steady Business Closes Week On ’Change

Bank of N.S.W., Sydney Register, eased £io *P8 her Price set last week to sell at w i j NZ - Insurance, in a reported sale late Wednesday, eased a further 3d to 725. E.Z. Industries sold at 16s, down 3d.

Australian retailers showed a firmer trend, coles were up Id at 16s 7d. Cox Brothers improved ,to sell at 5s 6d. Waltons also advanced 2d in'a sale at 14s 6d.

Broken Hill Pty. rose 3d for the second time this week m two sales at 47s 6d. Christchurch Gas firmed 3d to sell at 18s 6d.
