Ship Refloated

(New Zealand Press Association NELSON, April 16.

The Anchor Company’s 927-ton motor-vessel, Mamaku, which went aground on a sandbank at the entrance to the Motueka harbour at 12.30 a.m. yesterday was refloated this afternoon. About 4000 cases of her fruit cargo was transferred to the motor-vessels Taupata and Matipo before she refloated on the afternoon tide, and resumed her interrupted voyage to Wellington.
